We believe the quality of your cake on the inside should match the beauty of your cake on the outside ,so we make all of our cakes and fillings from scratch.The only exception to this rule is the fondant we use.We purchase this item to assure a consistent performance.

All fondants are not created equally. There are brands out there that do taste horrible,but we have done our research and use a brand that tastes very good. Fondant allows for a wonderfully smooth canvas in which to bring your cake to life and you are welcome to sample some if you would like.
